Department: Outside Sales
The Sales Development Role (SDR) is the company’s key evangelist, communicating Capture’s offering to senior educational leaders. The position requires excellent communication skills, a thirst for proactive learning, and the drive to exceed one’s goals every day. Those who consistently exceed the performance objectives in this role are eligible for promotion to an inside sales manager position within 12 months.
Department: Account Management
The Account Executive is the primary business contact for the client, responsible for the execution of their strategic enrollment plan delivered via Capture’s services. The AccountExecutive, as the corporate liaison, consistently provides excellent service from facilitating support escalations to implementation execution resulting achievement of net revenue and contract retention goals.
