Position Summary

The Director / Manager of Project Management is a player / coach role that has the primary responsibility for managing the Project Management Department, as well as carry a client load. This position reports to the Vice President of Operations and collaborates closely with senior leadership and the Account Management team, as well as client stakeholders, to ensure flawless, on-time, and high-impact delivery of service delivery components. Additionally, the Project Management Department monitors and reports on client objectives. The Director / Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the processes needed to monitor and report on progress to client objectives and goals.
