Redefining Enrollment: Delivering on Year One of a Merger at Jefferson

In July 2017, Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University officially merged to form the new Jefferson. The result?

Two very different universities combining around a common mission: delivering a 21st Century professional education that values innovation, collaboration and professional education outcomes for each student.

Jefferson is now the fifth largest institution in Philadelphia with nine colleges and a world renown medical school, the Sidney Kimmel Medical College.

The merger provided steep challenges for enrollment and university marketing. Join Jefferson’s chief enrollment office, Erin Finn and leader of university marketing, Pat Baldridge as they discuss the unique challenges of growing enrollment and communicating an entirely new brand identity during the first year of forming a new institution.

Facilitating the webinar discussion is Capture’s Director of Graduate & Online Initiatives, Jack Klett, who served as Jefferson’s Director of New Student Recruitment and witnessed first-hand the dynamic partnership between these two accomplished higher ed professionals.
