A 10-year-old institution that focuses solely on STEM education, Florida Poly’s challenges include spreading brand awareness and growing enrollment by identifying as many mission-fit prospective students as possible and converting them from inquiry status into applicants.
Florida Poly partnered with Capture Higher Ed in 2019 and uses ENGAGE, Capture’s marketing automation software built from the ground up for higher ed recruitment. The school utilizes behavioral data, dynamic content, email capabilities, and other marketing solutions to identify, convert and enroll more of the right students.
From 2019-2022, applications at Florida Poly have increased by an astounding 185%; admittances have also increased by 78%. Florida Poly’s fall 2021 class of incoming students was the largest in the school’s history.
