The higher ed recruitment landscape seems to change on a weekly basis! Traversing this terrain together — with enthusiasm and determination — is the spirit of INNOVATE 2023, Capture Higher Ed’s fourth annual free virtual conference for recruitment marketing leaders and professionals.
This year’s event will be Wednesday, Dec. 13, and Thursday, Dec. 14, from 12-4 p.m. ET. The agenda features outstanding keynotes, engaging panel discussions and impactful presentations … all centered around addressing the most pressing issues and promising innovations higher ed recruitment marketing has to offer.
Dr. Nathan D. Grawe, author of “Demographics and the Demand for Higher Education” and “The Agile College,” and Jeremy Tiers, host of the “Mission Admissions” podcast, will headline this year’s conference.
Grawe, a professor of economics at Carleton College in Minnesota, will discuss his years of research into higher education’s “demographic cliff.” He will talk about the recruiting challenges caused by it, and what colleges and universities should be doing to offset its ramifications.
Tiers, senior director at Tudor Collegiate Strategies, will dive deep into issues he has been covering on episodes of “Mission Admissions,” a podcast where he has candid conversations with industry leaders to help enrollment professionals become better recruiters, communicators and managers.
INNOVATE’s two afternoons of sessions and panel discussions will cover a variety of important trends in recruitment marketing. Find out more on the INNOVATE 2023 registration page!
